Exhibiting for Tent London, there was a wonderful collection of Japanese ‘geta’ wooden sandals customized by Chee-Lab. I wasn’t able to get too close to this pair as you were not able to walk on the tatami mat. The other image is of a similar pair (taken from their website) but you can view all the other geta designs here, and you can also see what the exhibition looked like here.
